OTE, a.s. as the nominated electricity market operator ('NEMO') in the Czech Republic has been diligently cooperating for a long time with nominated electricity market operators ('NEMOs') and transmission system operators ('TSOs’) on the implementation and operation of the single day-ahead ('SDAC') and intraday ('SIDC') electricity market across Europe. The CACM Annual Report 2022, prepared by OTE as the NEMO in the Czech Republic together with other NEMOs and TSOs in Europe, provides a broad insight into the current and future development of the day-ahead and intraday market coupling and the activities carried out in the field of research and development of the algorithms used, as well as a comprehensive overview of the operation of SDAC and SIDC in 2022.

The CACM Annual Report is prepared based on Commission Regulation 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management ('CACM Regulation') and the associated Algorithm methodologies.

The conclusions of the CACM Annual Report 2022 will be presented at the 1st Annual Conference organized on September 20, 2023, in Brussels by the NEMO Committee.
