Dear OTE system users,

we would like to inform you that on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, there will be a planned outage of the OTE systems due to the deployment of modifications and new functionalities.

Outage Time

16:00 – 21:30 - The outage affects the CS OTE production environment as well as the sandbox environment.

During this time, system outages and instability may occur, including automated communication.

OTE-COM System Unavailability

19:00 – 20:25: The OTE-COM system will be unavailable during this time frame.

Short-term outages of the OTE trading portal:

16:00 – 17:00 - The OTE trading portal may experience minor outages, and it will not be possible to edit/modify user data, as the Registration section will be temporarily unavailable.

Scope of Changes

• Adjustment of the graphical interface of the OTE system login page

• Changes in the Registration section, which is used for managing user accounts and mobile applications
  The goal of these modifications is to improve user-friendliness and clarify controls.
