Compensations of indirect costs (CO2)
Pursuant to Act No. 383/2012 Coll., on the conditions for greenhouse gas emission allowances trading, Section 11, Paragraph 4, the market operator publishes the total amount of financial compensations of indirect costs for industries where a significant risk of carbon leakage has been identified as a result of emissions-related costs projected into electricity prices (hereinafter referred to as "compensations") broken down by individual industries.
